Sat Bachan

My name is Sat Bachan Anthony. In the sacred language of Gurmukhi, Sat Bachan means Word of Truth. I have led my entire life by that calling.

For more than three decades I have worked at the intersection of business, leadership, and human potential. As Chairwoman of East-West Tea Company, home to Yogi Tea and Choice Organic Tea, I have also served across industries including Food & Beverage, Fashion & Jewelry, Manufacturing, Retail, Health & Beauty, and Natural Products.

I have sat across from CEOs and artists, entrepreneurs and mothers, people navigating enormous success and people navigating quiet crossroads.

I know that terrain. I have walked it myself.

As a Certified High Performance Coach™, I bring that experience into the most personal work I know: helping people come home to themselves. Not by becoming someone different. But by becoming more fully who they already are.

I believe the most extraordinary people are also the most deeply human ones. Real clarity, real courage, and real influence don't come from doing more. They come from knowing exactly who you are, and refusing to show up as anyone else.

The people I work with are already accomplished, giving deeply of themselves in their careers, their creative work, their families, their communities. And yet they sense that their greatest work is still ahead. Not because something is missing in them but because they are ready to step more fully into who they already are.
